DEFINICIONES
Estos Términos y Condiciones para delegados se aplican a toda persona que se registre como asistente para los eventos organizados por la empresa Grupo Milenium S.A.C., tanto en la plataforma www.grupomilenium.live
Todas las referencias a una fecha o fecha límite, mencionadas en estos términos y en otros documentos de la conferencia, se refieren a la Zona horaria estándar peruana (PET).
INSCRIPCIÓN A LA CONFERENCIA
Solo se aceptarán formularios de registro completos. Se enviará un correo electrónico luego de completado el registro en línea y se enviará una confirmación de pago una vez que el pago (de tratarse de un evento pagado) haya sido verificado por nuestro sistema luego de enviar el recibo a informes3@grupomilenium.pe incluyendo la información personal del participante. Si el pago no se ha recibido antes de la fecha límite indicada, la inscripción seguirá siendo válida, sin embargo, la tarifa adeuda se incrementará de acuerdo con el período de pago (anticipado / regular / in situ). Para poder inscribirse con alguna una modalidad especial que signifique un descuento diferencial sobre la trafica estándar, se solicitará a los participantes que presenten documentos que acrediten su condición actual via correo electrónico Ningún participante podrá ingresar con esta condición si no cumple con este requisito, o en su defecto podrá ser bloqueado del sistema, de no encontrar válida la información entregada. Si se alcanza la capacidad máxima de delegados, los organizadores de la conferencia se reservan el derecho de rechazar inscripciones adicionales.
CONFIRMACIÓN / RECIBO DE REGISTRO
Se enviará una confirmación de registro por correo electrónico después de que el departamento de registro haya recibido / verificado el registro en línea, un pago relacionado y cualquier documento necesario.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN DE EVENTOS
A partir de la fecha de compra, tendrá 30 días calendario para solicitar la devolución, se descontará el monto de USD 50 por gastos administrativos o podrá transferir su inscripción a otro colega. Faltando 7 días calendario al inicio del evento, no aplicará la devolución, solo la transferencia de inscripción a un colega.
Promociones no aplica devolución, sólo transferencia de inscripción a un colega.
Asimismo, en el caso de inscripción del Extranjero, se adicionará y estará sujeta al monto que cobre el banco por la transacción Internacional.

CANCELACIÓN DE LA CONFERENCIA
En el caso de que la conferencia no pueda celebrarse o se posponga debido a eventos fuera del control de los organizadores de la conferencia (fuerza mayor) o debido a eventos que no sean atribuibles a dolo o negligencia grave de los organizadores de la conferencia, los organizadores de la conferencia no pueden ser los delegados se hacen responsables de los daños, costos o pérdidas incurridas, tales como costos de transporte, costos de alojamiento, costos de pedidos adicionales, pérdidas financieras, etc. En estas circunstancias, los organizadores de la conferencia se reservan el derecho de retener la tarifa de inscripción completa y acreditarla para una conferencia futura, o reembolsar al delegado después de deducir los costos ya incurridos para la organización de la conferencia y que no pudieron recuperarse de terceros.
PÉRDIDA DE CREDENCIALES (EVENTOS PRESENCIALES)
La credencial con el nombre de la conferencia debe usarse en todo momento durante la conferencia. No se permitirá el acceso al lugar de la conferencia sin la tarjeta de identificación emitida por el organizador de la conferencia. Si un delegado pierde, extravía u olvida la tarjeta de identificación, se le cobrará una tarifa de manejo de USD 10 por una nueva tarjeta de identificación. Al entregar una nueva insignia de nombre, la insignia perdida dejará de ser válida.
REQUISITOS DE VISADO (EVENTOS PRESENCIALES)
Perú es un país básicamente de libre acceso. La mayoría de los países de Europa Occidental y EE. UU. No requieren visa de turista para ingresar a Perú, y la duración máxima de estadía otorgada por las autoridades es de 183 días (no se puede extender). Para una estadía de mayor duración con otros objetivos (negocios, estudios, trabajo, etc.) es necesario solicitar previamente la visa correspondiente a los consulados peruanos.
SEGURO DE VIAJE Y SALUD (EVENTOS PRESENCIALES)
Es responsabilidad exclusiva del delegado contar con un seguro médico de viaje durante el tiempo que dure su estadía en el Perú. Este seguro se puede obtener de cualquier aseguradora aprobada. Las personas deben consultar con la embajada / consulado responsable para obtener una lista de aseguradoras aprobadas disponibles en su país. Las personas deben tener un seguro durante toda su estadía en Perú y, por lo tanto, se les anima a asegurarse y pagar el número correcto de días.

DEFINITIONS
These Terms and Conditions for delegates apply to any person who registers as an attendee for the events organized by Grupo Milenium S.A.C., both on the platform www.grupomilenium.live All references to a date or deadline, mentioned in these terms and in other conference documents, refer to the Peruvian Standard Time Zone (PET).
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Only completed registration forms will be accepted. An email will be sent after the online registration is completed and a payment confirmation will be sent once the payment (in the case of a paid event) has been verified by our system after sending the receipt to informes3@grupomilenium.pe including the participant’s personal information. If payment has not been received by the stated deadline, the registration will remain valid, however the fee due will be increased according to the payment period (early / regular / on-site). In order to register with a special modality that means a differential discount on the standard traffic, participants will be asked to present documents that prove their current condition via email.No participant may enter with this condition if they do not meet this requirement, or in its defect may be blocked from the system, if the information provided is not found valid. If the maximum delegate capacity is reached, the conference organizers reserve the right to reject additional entries.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION / RECEIPT
A registration confirmation will be sent by email after the registration department has received / verified the online registration, a related payment and any necessary documents.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If you are unable to attend the event, we welcome alternate delegates to attend for you at no additional cost. For security reasons, all substitution requests must be received via email at least 4 weeks before the congress with the complete information as well as in the registration form for both registered delegates and alternates to informes3@grupomilenium.pe.
2. Changes will be effective on the date of written confirmation.
Cancellation policy:
1.In some events, it is possible to cancel your participation (by email), in order to find out which events accept the cancellation of the same, we appreciate writing to informes3@grupomilenium.pe
CANCELLATION OF THE CONFERENCE
In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organizers (force majeure) or due to events that are not attributable to intent or gross negligence of the conference organizers, the Conference organizers cannot be the delegates responsible for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, additional order costs, financial losses, etc. In these circumstances, the conference organizers reserve the right to withhold the full registration fee and credit it for a future conference, or reimburse the delegate after deducting costs already incurred for the organization of the conference and that could not be recovered from third parties.
LOSS OF CREDENTIALS (PRESENTIAL EVENTS)
The conference name badge must be worn at all times during the conference. Access to the conference venue will not be allowed without the identification card issued by the conference organizer. If a delegate loses, misplaces, or forgets the ID card, a $ 10 handling fee will be charged for a new ID card. Upon submitting a new name badge, the lost badge will no longer be valid.
VISA REQUIREMENTS (PRESENTIAL EVENTS)
Peru is basically a free access country. Most Western European countries and the US do not require a tourist visa to enter Peru, and the maximum length of stay granted by the authorities is 183 days (cannot be extended). For a longer stay with other objectives (business, studies, work, etc.) it is necessary to previously request the corresponding visa from the Peruvian consulates.
TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE (PRESENTIAL EVENTS)
It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to have travel medical insurance for the duration of their stay in Peru. This insurance can be obtained from any approved insurer. Individuals should check with the responsible embassy / consulate for a list of approved insurers available in their country. Individuals must have insurance throughout their stay in Peru and are therefore encouraged to insure and pay for the correct number of days.
